This campus sits on 75 acres of agricultural land in the rural farming community of Keymar, Maryland, approximately 25 minutes from Westminster, Maryland and within easy driving distance of Baltimore, or Washington, D.C. The campus includes a large modern administrative building and a dinning hall with a commercial kitchen with a classroom complex on the second level, six dormitory buildings, an athletic complex, maintenance building, modular building, and a nearly completed workforce development building. This facility also has its own water/wastewater treatment facility and four wells to supply the complex with water. This water/wastewater facility has been sized to handle future expansion with the permits in place. This property can support additional buildings according to the approved master plan approved by the Carroll County Department of Planning and Zoning.

Today, the campus has a residential maximum is 173 people. The approved expansion plan calls for elimination of the smaller dormitories and the construction of two larger two-story dorms in their place. This would bring the number of approved residents to 325. The very large Workforce Development Building is in its final building stages. The building features a auditorium with stadium seating as well as many large rooms which could easily be utilized as a large library, training facility, culinary school, or machine shop.

All buildings have air conditioning and smoke detectors and are under a universal fire/emergency security system. Buildings are interconnected with paved walkways, making the entire complex handicap accessible.
